Shift 2, (2:00pm @ 10:30pm)

Recibe, despacha y localiza toda la materia prima y solventes de suplidores internos y externos.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: This section contains a list of five to eight primary responsibilities of the work. The incumbent will perform other duties as assigned.

1. Recibe y localiza por lotes toda la materia prima de suplidores a través del sistema de POM’s Y GME.

2. Muestrea material cuando aplique para el área de “Incoming” según la especificaciones y procedimientos

3. Responsable de dar disposición al material recibido y localizarlo en el área correspondiente

4. Responsable de recibir auditores y proveerles la información del área de recibo e inspección cuando así lo requieran.

5. Recibe MRO de la planta y coordina su entrega utilizando los sistemas de COUPA y MAXIMO según aplique.

6. Responsable de guardar toda mercancía en el lugar designado hasta que la entregue al destinatario.

7. No dejar sin recibir el material por más de dos (2) días en el área de recibo.

8. Preparar documentos según cantidades recibidas.

9. Mantener archivado y en forma ordenada todo documento que lo así requiera.

10. Responsable de llevar control manejo de las paletas y cartones.

11. Coordina entrada y salida de los camiones con el guardia de seguridad.

12. Mantener comunicación continúa con los “Planner” y Compradores del área.

13. Mantiene control de la jaula de cuarentena y “unrealease”.

14. Hacer “cycle count” del área asignada.

15. Responsable por las continuas inspecciones de EHS para identificar y corregir peligros de seguridad

y aspectos ambientales.

16. Cumplir en todo momento con las reglas de la compañía y las regulaciones de EHS.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. List knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

Conocimiento de computadoras, COUPA, MAXIMO, GME, POMS. Poseer Licencia de conducir y pasar examen de montacargas especiales (Narrow Aisle). Poder trabajar dentro de vagones a temperaturas altas fuera de ambiente. Tolerar alturas hasta de 40 pies max.

Education and/or Experience:

Include the education and/or experience that is necessary to perform the job satisfactorily.

Diploma de Cuarto Año. 1-2 años de experiencia en documentos de embarques y recibo.

IDIOMA (LANGUAGE):

Buenas destrezas de comunicación en Inglés y Español.

DEMANDA FISICA (PHYSICAL DEMANDS):

Trabajo Mediano: Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demands requirements are in excess of those for Light Work.
