Strategic Mandate
As Head of Sales & Marketing, you will hold full accountability for defining and executing the commercial vision of the organization. This role is central to shaping market presence, driving sustainable growth, and positioning the company as a leader in the pharmaceutical and medical devices sector.
(Note: Internally, this role is titled Business Unit Manager.)
Leadership Accountability
- Financial Stewardship: Deliver revenue and profitability targets, ensuring commercial strategies are aligned with corporate objectives.
- Market Strategy: Lead product launches, optimize portfolio performance, and maximize product life cycles through disciplined resource allocation.
- Cross‑Functional Leadership: Partner with Regulatory, Medical, and global/regional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and strategic alignment across functions.
- Stakeholder Influence: Build trusted relationships with key opinion leaders, joint‑venture partners, industry associations, and government representatives to strengthen market positioning.
- Operational Excellence: Establish robust systems and processes that ensure efficiency, quality, and cost‑effectiveness in marketing and sales operations.
- Talent Leadership: Recruit, coach, and inspire a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous growth.
- Reputation Building: Oversee impactful marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and reinforce the company’s competitive edge.

- Skilled in building and mentoring senior talent, with a focus on succession planning.

Professional Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Pharmacy, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of senior sales and marketing leadership experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical devices industry.
