Summary
As a Senior Analyst, you’ll play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions across 100+ Growth & Emerging Markets. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to drive forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency, and planning performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, interpret, and present data-driven insights using tools such as Excel, Power point, Tableau, Power BI, RapidResponse, SFDC, to support strategic actions and decisions across Growth & Emerging Markets.

  • Consolidate and validate data across systems to support monthly planning cycles, demand review processes, and ad-hoc business needs.

  • Monitor and follow up Inventory excess improvement plan, identify key drivers, root causes, and get well estimate timeline.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Demand planning team, Market planners, Finance, to ensure accurate reporting and capture main drivers for significant changes or gaps identified.

  • Participate in demand review process and contribute to continuous forecast improvement.

  • Analyse and flag to local teams risk/gap in demand trends vs actuals sales performance.

  • Track backorders and supply constraints, gather root causes and support recovery planning providing clear timelines.

  • Track, report and drive performance on key indicators (KPIs), including: Forecast Accuracy;  Forecast BIAS; Backorders/Service levels; Forecast vs Financial Alignment; Excess inventory.


What skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing or a related field.

  • At least 4 years of experience in similar areas: Supply chain, Data Analytics, Finance, Marketing.

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using enterprise systems and visualization tools.

  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a global environment.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving and proactive solutions.

  • Lean or Green Belt certification is a plus.

  • Proficient English is mandatory.
