Shipping & Stockroom Associates operate under the supervision of a Manager, Supervisor and/or group leader and are primarily responsible receiving, sorting, storing, taking inventory, keeping records and organizing for the components stored in the warehouse. All positions require physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, bending and grasping. Employees frequently lift material up to 40 lbs. and can stand for an 8-hour shift. We provide training and information on body mechanics, accurate lifting techniques, and stretching routines to enable employees to protect themselves from harm.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Load and unload materials to and from designated storage areas, such as racks and shelves, or vehicles, such as trucks

  • Stack or pile materials, such as bins, boxes, or pallets.

  • Receive, Put-away, Pick, Deliver and Pack items according to specific processes.

  • Verify SKUs, lots, quantity, condition are correct on all material movements

  • Record number of units handled and moved, using daily production sheet or work tickets.

  • Attach material identification tags/label information on containers.

  • Use a scan device to process product throughout warehouse

  • Use various material handling equipment including carts, manual pallet jacks

  • Perform SAP transactions

  • Ensure compliance to all procedures related to Quality, Regulatory, Environmental, Health, and Safety requirements (including timely reporting of all incidents)

  • Clean work area, using brooms, rags, cleaning compounds and follow all 5S procedures

  • Assist in driving continuous improvement opportunities within the on-site processes

  • Perform other duties as advised

What You'll Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required

  • Warehouse experience is preferred

  • Work overtime on short notice

  • Demonstrate good judgment

  • Can balance multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly

  • Work safely and efficiently

  • Basic computer skills are preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Be able to squat, climb, kneel, reach above shoulder level, reach at or below shoulder level, twist and bend at the neck, waist and balance

  • Lift up to 40lbs, work in various positions such as standing or sitting, and working in repetitive jobs/assemblies.

  • Able to pass the P.I.V. physical
