Your role at Baxter:

As aEDI Analyst, your contribution will be responsible for working on a cross-functional team to support the development, testing, and deployment of our new revenue management system. The Senior EDI Analyst will also lead/support key initiatives, customer onboarding and identify key process improvements and deploy solutions. s

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and/or support the development of key EDI initiatives
  • Identify and implement key process improvements and technical skill development opportunities.
  • Ensure data standards are HIPAA, DSCSA and industry compliant and adhere to Baxter privacy and security policies.
  • Strong understanding of healthcard data exchange and compliance with regulations such as DSCSA, HIPAA, and GS1 and EDI languages such as: ANSI X12, XML/UBL, HTML.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and complete documentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Collaborate with IT business partners, suppliers, and customers on key business initiatives and projects, and liaising with key stakeholders

What You'll Bring !

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5-7 years experience in EDI, with a minimum of 1 year of customer service/customer facing experience
  • Strong knowledge of EDI standards, such as ANSI X12, XML/UBL, and HTML
  • Experience with EDI software and EDI mapping tools
