Für unseren Standort in Saalfeld (Thüringen) suchen wir Sie als Specialist Quality Control (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

- Durchführung von Wareneingangsprüfungen bei Serienmaterialien und Erstmustern

- Durchführung der rechtssicheren Reklamationsabwicklung gegenüber Lieferanten

  • Objektive und subjektive Bewertung von ausgesonderten Einzelteile und komplexeren Baugruppen, bezugnehmend auf die definierten Spezifikationen und anwendbaren Normen

  • Eigenständige Auswahl der geeigneten Messmittel hinsichtlich Messmittelfähigkeit, ggf. eigenständige Erstellung eines geeigneten Prüfaufbaus

  • Koordination einer fachbereichsübergreifenden Ursachenbewertung

  • selbstständiges Auswählen und Anwenden von Problemlösungstools

  • Durchführung einer rechtssicheren Reklamationsabwicklung

  • Bewertung und Interpretation der durch den Lieferanten rückgemeldeten Abstellmaßnahmen hinsichtlich Nachhaltigkeit, ggf. Nachbesserung veranlassen

- Nutzung weiterführender Qualitätsmanagementwerkzeuge zur nachhaltigen Problemabstellung

  • Durchführung von SCARs (supplier corrective action reports) in Zusammenarbeit mit SQM (Supplier Quality Management) als  Eskalationsstufe nach wiederholten Reklamationen mit dem Zweck einer tiefgründigeren Ursachenanalyse und Definition von Abstellmaßnahmen in einem formellen Rahmen

  • Erstellen und Verantworten von NCEs (Nonconforming Evaluations) bei Entdeckung von Nichtkonformitäten im Qualitätsmanagementsystem mit Beschreibung der Abweichung, Risikobewertung der Abweichung und Definition und Nachhaltung von Abstellmaßnahmen

- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung im Bereich eigenverantwortlich treiben

  • Leitung von Maßnahmen zum kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess in der Gruppe;
    z.B. Optimierung von Prüfabläufen und Prozessen

  • Lokalisierung von Fehlern, Ermittlung von Ursachen, Einleitung von Verbesserungen und nachhaltige Sicherstellung der Umsetzung

  • Aktives Leben des Problemlösungszykluses, inklusive Planung, Durchführung, Moderation und Erfolgskontrolle von Projekten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung

Ihr Profil:

  • Mindestens 3jährige abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen

  • Erste Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Qualitätssicherung

  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Umsetzung von Lean-Projekten sind von Vorteil

  • Konversationssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift

  • Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber externen und internen Partnern

  • Selbständige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
