MISSION :

L’ergonome contribue à améliorer la santé des collaborateurs. Il participe à développer la culture EHS et contribue à prévenir, identifier, améliorer le système EHS.

Ce que vous ferez :

Intervenir auprès des salariés en télétravail sur les bonnes pratiques ergonomiques ;
Retravailler l’espace des postes en production afin d’éviter la promiscuité physique ;
Mettre en place une démarche d’ergonomie en lien avec le service EHS et notamment l’infirmière du site ;
Force de proposition en terme d’ergonomie : analyses de poste, propositions d’aménagements en collaboration avec les partenaires du site et externe (maintenance, manager, ….) ;
Favoriser le maintien en bonne santé des salariés au travers d’aménagements ergonomiques et d’échauffements de prise de poste.

Ce que vous apporterez

Connaissances en ergonomie ;
Connaissances du public présent sur site ;
Connaissances des spécificités du travail en industrie.
