Your role at Baxter

Develop production program for Monterrey plant to meet customer orders for various products.

What you'll be doing

  • Enforce to the organization's culture of compliance with standards and ethical business practices.

  • Ensure and promote compliance with Baxter's policies and code of conduct.

  • Implement Baxter's code of conduct, policies, and procedures, including but not limited to the Global Interactions Policy and Third-Party Policy.

  • Review open orders in JDE to plan production for various products based on customer demand and production line capacity.

  • Schedule and lead the production meeting for review of the program with the materials and manufacturing team.

  • Daily update of haul shortage for communication with sales on product shipments.

  • In cases where an order cannot be fulfilled, reprogramming of the customer order will be done in a timely manner.

  • Validate daily production rates based on the latest S&OP review, update planning bills for accurate demand of necessary components for production.

  • Ensure accurate and timely production planning to meet service level and backorder metrics for the Monterrey plant.

  • Attend daily production meetings and Build to Ship meetings with the Batesville Commercial team. Communicate weekly rates, risks, and impacts on Monterrey deliveries. Notify the need to reprogram an order.

  • Weekly cleaning of work orders in JDE for accurate visibility of components for buyers.

  • Develop and maintain clear and effective communication with materials, manufacturing, warehouse, and Commercial teams.

What you'll bring

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in production planning in manufacturing companies
  • Knowledge and management of an ERP system: JDE, SAP, ORACLE MRP
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • On-site position at the Monterrey plant
