Overview

As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.

【職務概要】

セールスの活動計画を立案・実行し、所属組織の方針に基づいた担当製品の適正使用を推進することで、自社製品の価値を最大化し、業績目標を達成する。

【主な職務内容】

  • 事業部、所属エリアの目標・戦略・戦術を理解し、自分自身で自己の計画を策定し、上 ⻑の確認・承認の下、それを実行する。
  • 自己の業務における問題点やその原因を把握し、課題を見出し解決策を立案し、実行する。
  • 既存の方法に加え、担当する顧客(施設)の要求事項に応じて、新しい手法を導入し解決する。また、チームメンバーや本社並びに関連する各部門と共同して行うプロジェク トに参画する。
  • 社内ツールを活用し、適宜上⻑に報告、相談を行う。
  • 専門領域において、必要十分なレベルの知識を有している。
  • 業界の動向や担当する医療機関などの情報を有しており、業務に活用する。
  • チームがより効率的に業務を遂行できるように、メンバーに対する上⻑の指導や育成 を支援する。
  • セールスの基本業務(業務の流れ、勉強会の実施方法、プレゼンテーションのチェック、PC 操作、各種手続き等)について、トレーナーとして中途入社者を指導する。
  • チームメンバーが効果的に業務を遂行できるよう、建設的な提案を行い、チームワーク やモチベーションを高めることに貢献する。
  • チームの業務上の問題解決に協力する。
  • 効率よく業務を遂行するために、社内関係者と良好なコミュニケーションを取り、信頼 関係を構築する。
  • コンプライアンス規定や業界のルールを順守し、誠実に行動する。
  • セールスとして必要な知識を習得、あるいは常にアップデートする。

【求められる経験・スキル・知識 】

  • 医療機器もしくは病院向け医薬品(領域不問)の営業経験
  • 交渉力、分析力、論理的思考力、課題抽出力、計画策定&実行力
  • コミュニケーションスキル、プレゼンテーションスキル
  • 分析力、計画策定・実行力、コミュニケーションスキル
