Responsible for commercial team efficiency and developing SFE and training strategies
Developing and implementing salesforce.com
Monitor field force development & progress and consolidate team’ s performance reports based on agreed KPIs
Identify best practice and facilitate best practice sharing
Ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables/support
Prepare and interpret sales and market analysis, enabling the organization to have overview of the local market insights
Follow up current implementations & future launches of SFE Related projects ensuring adequate training is given to relevant users
Responsible for Commercial Project Management
Responsible for the execution of the Long Term plans and review the commercial strategy
Responsible for Business Model Transformation (Go to Market Strategy)
Responsible for BOOST CRM tool for All Baxter field force
Managing HST Salesforce CRM tool
Follow up current implementations & future launches of ComEx Related projects
Responsible for Sales Force incentive methodology and calculation

Education/Experience

University degree
Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in Commercial Excellence area with international company, preferably in Pharma business

Skills:

English - advanced level

Computer Skills:

Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access, Salesforce.com - in depth knowledge

Technical skills

Outstanding communication and team leadership skills,
Advanced team motivation, team development and coaching skills
Focus on result achievement
Demonstrated ability to independently develop, manage and implement aggressive operational plans
Able to scan and interpret internal and external environment to take actions which will benefit the business
Strong analytical/problem solving skills
Driven to deliver high quality service
High degree of customer sensitivity/acumen
Clear potential to take on greater responsibility in the organization
Competence in use of the most common Microsoft Office tools, particularly in MS Excel
