Your role at Baxter

Maintain sanitary records for local and imported products in Business Units to support commercial strategy alignment.

What you'll be doing!!

  • Promote a culture of compliance with rules and ethical business practices in the organization, providing regulatory support according to the strategic business plan.

  • Identify compliance and legal risks in the countries assigned.

  • Ensure that procedures and health registrations required by the business are valid and updated according to local regulations.

  • Participate in the process of developing new products, requesting the sanitary registration dossiers, and ensuring that related activities such as the approval of promotional material are completed on time.

  • Secure technical and legal documentation for local and imported product registrations to align with Business Units' strategies.

  • Provide regulatory support for the bidding processes of registered local and imported products for the Business Units.

  • Ensure timely and accurate updates of the databases and corporate tools of registered local and imported products in the Business Units.

  • Ensure the updating of the databases for effective traceability of procedures and prepare follow-up reports.

What you'll bring

  • Professional education in chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, biomedical engineering, or related fields. Desirable: Postgraduate in support areas (Administration, Quality, Pharmaceutical Technology, Drug Development)

  • 3-5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs. Experience in any of the following areas: Regulatory Affairs in the pharmaceutical industry, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory Inspections, and Audits. Desirable regulatory experience in countries such as El Salvador, Venezuela, Panama, Guatemala, Costa Rica, and Central America.

  • Knowledge of local regulations in Mexico.

  • Advanced English
