PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES

Responsável pela execução das rotinas (recebimento, acompanhamento dos inventários,
transferências, faturamento) do armazém da planta, armazéns externos próprios ou
terceirizados, com matéria-prima ou produto acabado, seguindo os procedimentos
operacionais estabelecidos.
Acompanhar/controlar o estoque real, checando volumes via sistema / fisicamente, verificando entrada de materiais, insumos, produtos semi-acabados e acabados.
Programar o transporte de materiais entre plantas e armazéns.
Emitir lista de separação das cargas, notas fiscais e romaneios para liberação da mercadoria.
Lançar entrada/saída de notas fiscais e dos respectivos materiais e insumos, no sistema, bem como executar as respectivas conferências.
Providenciar devolução de itens recebidos a fornecedores, em virtude de não-conformidades, solicitando emissão de nota fiscal de devolução.
Viabilizar a expedição dos itens através do contato com transportadoras e monitoramento das entregas.
Apoiar no processo de apuração de indicadores, por meio da coleta de dados, análise e geração de relatórios.
Acompanhar a performance dos fornecedores, tomando ações preventivas e/ou corretivas necessárias, bem como recomendar, em parceria com encarregados e supervisores, a desqualificação de fornecedores.
Manter-se atualizado em sua área de atuação, bem como sugerir melhorias
Cumprir as normas, procedimentos e políticas corporativas existentes na empresa.
Zelar pelos equipamentos, recursos e materiais, sob sua responsabilidade, e pelo ambiente de trabalho.

Requisitos da vaga:

Superior completo ou cursando o 2º semestre em Administração de Empresas, Logística ou compatível;
Pacote Office (mandatório- Excel/ desejáveis - PowerPoint/ PowerBI/ Word);

Horário de trabalho: segunda a sexta das 08h as 17h.
