Job Summary

Lead Developer is responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of web applications that meet the needs of the business or client. This role requires proficiency in a range of technologies and tools, including front-end development, back-end development, cloud computing, and containerization. He/she must also collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, write clean, maintainable code, and ensure the security and functionality of web applications.

Essential role and responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers: responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers, assigning tasks, and ensuring that the team is delivering high-quality work that meets business needs.
  • Strong experience with .Net core (C#)  as backend technologies with Database(SQL/Postgres) - Must Have Excellent Debugging & troubleshooting skills
  • Good to have Data bricks knowledge
  • Strong experience in  UI JavaScript frameworks such as Typescripts/Vue.js (Preferred) or AngularJS, ReactJS 
  • 6+ years of consuming promised-based REST apis in UI development 
  • Experience with securing web applications using tokens 
  • Experience with containerized components Docker, Kubernetes  Experience with software
  • Containerize web applications: Must containerize web applications using Docker to ensure portability, consistency, and ease of deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Works closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, QA, and other stakeholders, to ensure that web applications meet business and user needs.
  • Write clean, maintainable code: Must write clean, maintainable code that is well-documented and follows best practices in software development.
  • Test and debug web applications: Must test and debug web applications to ensure they are functioning as expected and are free from errors and bugs.
  • Ensure web application security: Must ensure that web applications are secure, including implementing security protocols and practices, such as encryption and access controls.
  • Maintain and update web applications: Responsible for maintaining and updating web applications to ensure they remain functional and up-to-date with changing business needs.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies: Must stay current with emerging technologies and trends in web development to ensure that web applications are using the latest and most effective technologies.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: Must have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in web development and must have experience in leading a team of developers.
  • Domain Expertise : Healthcare experience is a plus
  • Technical Expertise : Strong experience with .Net core (C#)  as backend technologies with Database(SQL/Postgres) - Must Have Excellent Debugging & troubleshooting skills

  • Communication skills: Must have strong communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Attention to detail: Must have a keen eye for detail to ensure that code is clean, maintainable, and follows best practices in software development.
  • Continuous learning: Must have a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in web development.
  • Experience with medical device or other regulated software engineering disciplines (e.g., software development environments, configuration management tools, code inspection techniques and tools, testing methods and test management tools).
