Responsable directo de eficiencia y desperdicio (scrap) del área asignada, mejora de estaciones de trabajo para contribuir a la ergonomía de los asociados, responsable del inventario de materiales a la localidad de producción, donde verifica la fabricación y descuento correcto de material.Puede tener responsabilidad completa del proyecto para proyectos significativos dentro del área especializada. Direct Accountable for efficiency and Scrap of designed area, improve workstations to contribute ergonomic stations for the operators, responsible of inventory for Production location where verify the manufacturing and correct material consumption. May have complete project responsibility for significant projects within specialized area.

• Aplicar la experiencia, la capacitación y las técnicas de ingeniería adquiridas para resolver los problemas de material no conformante en proceso, responsable de implementar acciones correctivas para reducción del métrico de NMRs de proceso . Apply experience, training and acquired engineering techniques to solve problems of non-conforming material, responsible of implementation of corrective actions in order to reduce process NMRs
• Redacta instrucciones de retrabajo o sorteo para los NMrs de proceso, además de coordinar los recursos y herramientas para efectuar la actividad. Do rework or sort instructions for process NMRS, Coordinate resources and tools to do the activity.
• Analisis de los resultados diarios de eficiencia y scrap, utilizando las herramientas de BOS (Baxter Operating system) responsable de realizar A3 cuando el resultado se encuentre fuera de la meta. Perform Analysis of Efficiency and scrap daily results, based on tools of BOS (Baxter Operating System) responsible to execute A3 when the metric is out of target.
• Participar en la planificación del proyecto y puede dirigir porciones de proyectos más pequeños o segmentos de proyectos grandes para incluir la programación, los costos de monitoreo, los recursos, la carga de la fuerza laboral, etc. Participate in project planning and may direct portions of smaller projects or segments of large projects to include scheduling, monitoring costs, resources, workforce loading, etc.
• Integración de procesos existentes, desarrollo y mejora continua de los procesos de fabricación de dispositivos médicos. Integration of existing processes (via transfer from other Welch Allyn sites) and development and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for medical devices.
• Diseño e implementación de accesorios / herramientas de producción y equipo de inspección según sea necesario. Design and implementation of production fixtures/tools and inspection equipment as required.
• Planificación y estrategias de capacidad (equipo, mano de obra, espacio) y mantenimiento. Capacity (equipment, labor, space) and maintenance planning and strategies.
• Rendimiento de producción, productividad, seguimiento de tiempos muertos y acciones correctivas. Production yield, productivity, downtime tracking and corrective action.
• Estimación de tiempos de ciclo, seguimiento y desarrollo de enrutadores de producción. Cycle time estimation, tracking and development of production routers.
• Desarrollo y mantenimiento de instrucciones de proceso de fabricación (hojas de proceso, MPS), enrutadores y lista de materiales. Develop and maintenance of Manufacturing Process Instructions (process sheets, MPS), routers and bill of materials.
• Puede liderar o participar con la administración de las operaciones organizativas y grupales en las actividades de CAPA mediante la realización, determinación y verificación de las acciones correctivas necesarias para garantizar el cumplimiento continuo de la política y los procedimientos de la división, las regulaciones federales bajo el Título 21 CFR Parte 820 e ISO 13485. May lead or participate with organizational and group operations’ management in CAPA activities by conducting, determining and verifying corrective actions necessary to ensure continued compliance with division policy and procedures, Federal regulations under Title 21 CFR Part 820, and ISO 13485.
• Responsable de monitorear, identificar tendencias, investigar y resolver problemas relacionados con los procesos de fabricación. Responsible for monitoring, identifying tendencies, investigating and solving problems related to manufacturing processes.

• Trabaja con el Líder  Produccion Sr según sea necesario para ayudarlos a resolver problemas relacionados con: Works with the Group Leader Sr  as required to help them to resolve problems related to:

Seguridad. SafetyNMRs, NCEs y CAPAS. NMRs,NCEs and CAPAs Resolución de problemas de Eficiencia, scrap Tiempo caido. Troubleshooting on efficiency, scrap and downtime

• Puede dar soporte en a la creación, liderear o participar en la administración y ejecución de A3. May give support on creation, lead or performer in execution of A3

Crea y administra su trabajo estándar diario y semanal. Create and manage its leadership standard work in daily and weekly basis.
