Your role at Baxter:

We are looking for a Commercial Excellence Coordinator with an analytical profile and strategic vision to lead initiatives that support sustainable business growth in the Latin America South (LAS) region. This function will have a regional scope and will work transversally with the areas of Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Market Intelligence, ensuring commercial effectiveness, generating strategic insights, and coordinating projects critical to the operation.

What you’ll be doing:

Salesforce Effectiveness & Incentives

• Lead the management and evolution of CRM (Salesforce), ensuring its adherence to commercial strategies and promoting effective use by the sales team.

• Develop performance analysis models, executive dashboards, and productivity reports to support commercial management.

• Coordinate the preparation, execution, and monitoring of incentive programs, including achievement calculations, target segmentation, and governance.

• Propose and supervise action plans with commercial leaders based on data and indicators.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy

• Coordinate market analysis based on public and private sources (e.g., DataSUS, IQVIA, CNES) to define market potential, customer segmentation, and support strategic planning.

• Generate elasticity studies and pricing analyses in partnership with the marketing and finance areas.

• Evaluate the allocation of the sales force, proposing optimizations based on coverage, market potential, and return on investment.

• Support the construction and execution of the Marketing Plan with insights and continuous monitoring models.

• Serve as a focal point for strategic projects focused on growth, commercial transformation, and process optimization.

• Conduct regional initiatives for process standardization, benchmarking, and innovation in commercial excellence practices.

• Support leadership in decision-making through structured analysis, executive presentations, and data-driven storytelling.

What you’ll bring:

Complete higher education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or Business Administration.

Proven experience in areas of Commercial Excellence, Market Intelligence, or Commercial Planning.

Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce (desirable experience with CRM management).

Advanced English; Spanish is a plus.
