The Business Administrator is responsible to provide support to MPT (Medical Products & Therapies) Sales Account Managers and the Marketing team. The role will involve developing strong relationships with the internal teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong business insight, be highly analytical, detail oriented and organised. You will be a thoughtful communicator and a forward thinker. Attention to detail, and excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are key to be successful in the role.

What you'll do

• Coordination of all interactions for UK & Ireland in line with Global Interactions Policy to include documentation preparation and entering into our compliance tracking system.
• Entering marketing material into Veeva System to ensure compliance of promotional materials inline with Industry standard.
• Management of marketing materials, organising printing and maintaining stock levels.
• Handling sample request from the sales team.
• Provide administrative and project support to the marking team with planning, implementing and monitoring marketing campaigns.
• Support the marketing team in moving from multichannel approach to omnichannel approach.
• Provide day-to-day support as required to the MPT Business Unit.
