Votre rôle :
En tant que Customer Technical Service – Front Office, vous êtes le point d’entrée clé entre les clients et les équipes techniques.
Vous jouez un rôle central dans la satisfaction client en coordonnant, planifiant et pilotant les interventions techniques sur l’ensemble du territoire (France & DOM-TOM).
Votre capacité à analyser rapidement les demandes, organiser les interventions et fluidifier la communication fait de vous un acteur essentiel du bon fonctionnement du service.
Vos missions principales :
Front Office – Relation client & coordination (mission cœur du poste)
- Gérer les appels entrants clients et qualifier les demandes techniques
- Apporter un premier niveau de réponse et orienter vers les bons interlocuteurs si nécessaire
- Enregistrer et suivre les demandes d’intervention
- Planifier les interventions (clients & techniciens) via outils de planning
- Coordonner les actions correctives et assurer leur bon déroulement
- Garantir la disponibilité des pièces détachées (commandes si besoin)
- Clarifier les commandes clients et assurer un suivi fiable
- Créer et alimenter les systèmes (WO, JDE, EtQ)
- Assurer la continuité de service (backup équipe + astreinte)
Formation technique
- Animer des sessions de formation technique (interne & clients)
- Former à l’utilisation des équipements (présentiel / distanciel)
- Évaluer les compétences via tests et exercices pratiques
- Partager votre expertise technique et accompagner la montée en compétence
Le profil recherché
- Formation type BTS (mécanique, électronique, informatique) ou Bac Pro avec expérience équivalente
- Expérience en production, assemblage ou support technique
- Solides connaissances techniques produits et maintenance
- Maîtrise du français et de bonnes bases en anglais
- À l’aise avec les outils informatiques et de gestion
- Sens du service client & excellentes qualités relationnelles
- Capacité à gérer les priorités et les urgences
- Organisation, rigueur et autonomie
- Esprit d’initiative et réactivité
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et en transversal
- Pédagogie pour transmettre les connaissances
- Approche positive et orientée solutions
