• Accurate processing, monitoring, and acknowledgement of customer orders and quotations within the system.
• Ensuring orders are placed timely and accurately, meeting customer and operational lead-time requirements, while actively participating in process improvements.
• Managing customer pricing, including maintaining updated price lists, recording special promotions, and ensuring approvals for variances.
• Processing credits/debits and handling invoice queries in SAP and customer portals.
• Providing telephone support and addressing product-related queries.
• Supporting the sales force platform and managing email activity promptly.
• Conducting weekly revenue risk reporting and attending internal functional meetings to stay aligned with team goals.

• Diploma/Degree in business or a related field, orequivalent experience.
• ProficiencyinEnglish and German, with knowledge of Dutch considered a plus.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of successful experience in a customer-focused role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, demonstrating interpersonalflexibility.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong organisational skills with aprovenability to prioritize tasks based on business needs.
• Reputation for exercising good judgement and being results-focused and attentive to quality.
• Proficiencyindigitalliteracy, including excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Word.
• Strong numeracy skills, particularly related to data integrity.
• Workingknowledge of SAP or similar order management systems.
