Job Summary:
The Operator at Baxter Malta is responsible for performing various tasks in a manufacturing environment, ensuring the production of high-quality medical devices and equipment. The successful candidate will be part of a team that adheres to strict quality and safety standards, while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, including machinery, tools, and instruments, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Perform tasks such as assembly, packaging, and labelling of medical devices and equipment.
• Identify and report any quality or safety issues to the supervisor or quality team.
• Adhere to Baxter's quality and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Report any quality or safety incidents to the supervisor or quality team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and objectives.
• Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor or safety team.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Previous experience in a regulated industry, such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals, is an asset.
• Basic understanding of quality and safety principles and regulations.

Education:

• Minimum O'levels standard or equivalent.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a higher level of education, such as A'levels or a degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to write and speak English, is a must

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is €13577.20annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for competitive benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
