We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Representative / Key Account Executive to join our pharmaceutical team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of hospital tender processes, excellent sales abilities, and the drive to build long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals. Experience in anesthesia products or parenteral nutrition will be considered a significant advantage.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in assigned territories or key accounts.
- Manage the full tender process: preparation, submission, monitoring, and post-award activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinicians, pharmacists, and procurement departments.
- Promote assigned pharmaceutical products through effective product presentations, scientific discussions, and regular customer engagement.
- Identify new opportunities for market expansion and pipeline development.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical, Market Access) to ensure business success.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualification & Experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medicine.
- Solid understanding of hospital tender procedures and procurement systems.
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record in pharmaceutical or medical sales.
- Experience in the anesthesia segment (e.g., inhalation agents, IV anesthetics) or parenteral nutrition is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under pressure.
- Willingness to travel to hospitals and key accounts as required.
