The Learning Management System (LMS) Intern supports the administration and maintenance of the organization's learning platform. This role assists with course creation, learner enrollment, training records management, reporting, and user support. The intern works closely with Learning & Development, HR, and business teams to ensure training content is accurate, accessible, and delivered effectively through the LMS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with LMS course uploads, updates, and testing.
  • Manage learner enrollments and training assignments.
  • Generate and analyze training completion reports.
  • Provide basic LMS user support and troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
  • Support learning initiatives, projects, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively.
  • Interest in learning technologies and employee development.
