Como membro da equipe de vendas da Baxter, você estará alinhado com uma de nossas unidades de negócios globais e será responsável por novos negócios, desenvolvendo contas existentes e garantindo uma abordagem centrada no paciente em todas as suas transações. Você trabalhará em uma área geográfica designada ou com contas específicas para atingir ou superar metas pessoais e comerciais, tudo em busca de nossa missão de salvar e prolongar vidas. Na função de vendas, você terá a oportunidade de fornecer insights sobre novos mercados e produtos, gerenciar as preocupações dos clientes e colaborar com outras equipes.

VOTRE PROCHAIN POSTE
Nous recrutons un/une Ingénieur(e) Commercial(e) (H/F) pour la région 0ccotanie (09, 11, 12, 13, 15, 26, 30, 31, 34, 43, 48, 66, 81, 84)afin de proposer nos dispositifs médicaux de transfert et mobilisation patients auprès des professionnels de santé.
VOS MISSIONS PRINCIPALES
Tout en respectant la vision, la mission, les procédures et les valeurs de l’entreprise, vous serez amené(e) à :
Garantir, promouvoir et développer la vente des solutions Safe Patient Handling (Systèmes de transfert Patients) sur votre secteur
Vous engagez et garantir la réalisation d’un business plan régional annuel
Prospecter, identifier et suivre les cibles « publics & privés » régionales
Mettre en place des plans d’action sur le secteur (calendrier, actions, moyens, budget…)
Gérer les Forecasts et tenir à jour de manière rigoureuse les informations enregistrées dans le logiciel
Bâtir en relation avec la Direction Commerciale une offre répondant au mieux aux attentes du client tout en respectant la stratégie nationale de Baxter.
Garantir la satisfaction totale de chaque client (plan de formation, mesure de la satisfaction, livraison, etc.…).
S’engager à une gestion dynamique et justifiée du matériel d’échantillon.
Installer et assembler le matériel chez le client à la livraison.
Vendre les contrats de services au moment de la vente.
Former les utilisateurs soignants aux bonnes pratiques de mobilisations ergonomiques.
Connaître et gérer des acteurs régionaux influents.
Faire des reportings réguliers de votre activité
Mettre en œuvre les procédures d’assurance qualité et renseigner les réclamations clients
Planifier et coordonner les interventions chez les clients avec les services internes concernés (Marketing – service client etc.)
VOTRE PROFIL
Vous avez une expérience significative dans les équipements médicaux avec une forte appétence pour les ventes dédiées à la QVT.
Reconnu pour votre capacité de vous dépasser avec des fortes compétences relationnelles, vous êtes capable de démontrer une motivation forte pour l’amélioration de la qualité de vie des patients et des soignants.
Adaptable, organisé(e) et rigoureux(se), vous êtes capable d'analyser et de proposer la solution adéquate à vos clients.
