Your Role:
The Senior Product Owner, Revenue Management and Commercial Operations is responsible for the end‑to‑end ownership of revenue management technology capabilities that support Channel / Indirect Sales Operations, a core team within Baxter’s Commercial Excellence organization.
The role is critical to ensuring accurate, compliant and scalable execution of pricing, contracting, rebates, chargebacks and gross‑to‑net processes. The position plays a critical role in safeguarding revenue integrity while enabling efficient and effective commercial execution.
While the primary accountability is for revenue management, the role also requires flexibility and adaptability to contribute to other areas within the Commercial Technology domain as business priorities evolve. This includes supporting adjacent commercial capabilities, initiatives or platforms where additional expertise or capacity is required, while maintaining a strong focus on operational stability and compliance.
The role acts as a trusted senior IT partner to Commercial Excellence, balancing deep domain expertise with the ability to apply commercial technology principles more broadly across the commercial landscape when needed.
What you'll be doing:

- Own and support Baxter’s revenue management solutions, with primary accountability for Channel Operations use cases.
- Ensure platforms reliably support pricing execution, customer entitlements/agreements, contract compliance, rebate and chargeback processing.
- Act as the IT subject‑matter expert for revenue management processes within Commercial Excellence.
Channel Operations Partnership
- Partner closely with Channel Operations teams to understand operational needs and translate them into system solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on platform capabilities, limitations and optimisation opportunities.
- Support global and regional Channel Operations models while enabling standardisation and reuse.
Delivery & Continuous Improvement
- Lead the intake, prioritisation and delivery of enhancements related to revenue management capabilities.
- Balance delivery of new functionality with platform stability, data quality and operational performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort, improve cycle times and minimise revenue leakage.
Compliance, Controls & Risk Management
- Ensure revenue management platforms support SOX, audit, quality and regulatory requirements, including pricing and contract controls.
- Partner with Quality, Compliance and Internal Audit teams to support audits, inspections and validation activities.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to pricing accuracy, contract compliance and downstream revenue impact.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with revenue management software vendors and implementation partners.
- Act as an escalation point for complex system, data or process issues impacting operations.
- Provide clear, concise communication to senior Commercial Excellence, Finance and IT stakeholders.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years experience supporting revenue and margin management processes.
- Strong hands‑on experience with revenue management platforms (e.g. Model N or similar).
- Deep understanding of pricing, contracting, rebates, chargebacks and gross‑to‑net processes, particularly in indirect or channel‑based business models.
- Experience working in a public, regulated environment with SOX and audit requirements.
- Proven ability to translate complex commercial and operational requirements into robust system solutions.
- Experienced in Agile delivery.
- Strong business acumen within the med tech industry.
- Expertise in Agile delivery methods.
- High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and controls.
