Every individual is empowered to take ownership and make a meaningful impact. We strive for efficient and effective operations, and we hold each other accountable for delivering exceptional results.

Here, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride.

Your Role:

This position sits at the center of Baxter’s federal contracting and product compliance work, ensuring the company can responsibly support key government partners such as the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). You’ll play a critical role in validating product data, confirming regulatory requirements, and supporting the execution of major federal programs including the Federal Supply Schedule (FSS), Medical/Surgical Prime Vendor (MSPV) program, Distribution and Pricing Agreement (DAPA), and the Electronic Catalog (ECAT). Because the team recently moved into the Global Commercial Excellence organization, you’ll gain broader insight into how our products are manufactured, documented, and delivered—and how compliance decisions directly influence our ability to operate in federal markets.

You’ll join a collaborative team that values clear communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate technical information for a wide range of partners, from engineers and quality teams to attorneys and senior leadership. Much of your work will involve partnering across the business to gather product details, review bills of materials, confirm country‑of‑origin data, and support emerging compliance areas such as cybersecurity requirements and new regulations related to international sourcing. This role is well‑suited for someone with experience in quality, manufacturing, auditing, or product data management who enjoys solving complex compliance challenges and working cross‑functionally to ensure our products meet the standards required by federal agencies.

This is a remote position based in the United States.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supervise contract compliance management of VA, DLA and reseller contracts including, but not limited to, FSS, DAPA, MSPV, and ECAT.

  • Develop and implement compliance programs for products, services and reporting (e.g. Country of Origin Compliance, Section 889, Government Audits).

  • Act as liaison with internal and external partners including legal counsel and government officials.

  • Interpret and apply agency-specific regulations.

  • Advise internal teams on compliance with requirements for our contracts.

  • Partner with finance, marketing sales, legal, compliance, and other teams as the need arises to support government compliance reporting activities.

  • Maintain all required documentation and reporting and create detailed user guides and instructions for all required processes.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Business, Public Administration, Healthcare, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience running federal contracts, preferably in medical or pharmaceutical sectors.

  • PMP Certification is preferred with experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet.

  • Proficiency in ERM tools (e.g., SAP, JD Edwards) CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), CLM tools (e.g., SAP, iCertis, Coupa, Ironclad) and Microsoft Office products.

  • In-depth knowledge of federal FAR/DFARS/VAAR regulations.

  • Shown leadership and cross-functional project management capabilities.

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

  • Minimal travel may be required for meetings or government briefings.
