Your role at Baxter

Manage and Optimize Spare Parts Inventory for a Profitable Impact on the Service Business. Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that optimize inventory turns, service levels, and maximize profitability and service process performance in demand planning, purchasing, replenishment to Service Centers, and Field Operations.

What you'll be doing

• Central role in planning activities, processes, data collection, analysis, and reporting systems, expert on decisional, transactional, and reporting tools.

• Spare parts demand planning, procurement, and distribution (daily orders and back-orders management).

• Data analysis and making decisions.

• Support of local distribution center capacity planning and order fulfillment.

• Support processes for Quality, Foreign Trade, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.

• Relationship, communication, and following up with foreign and local suppliers.

• Support the code creation process.

• Manage the planning tool and update data according to S&OP meetings.

• Key country contact for continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Spare parts inventory management     

• Manage ERP system expert JDE-SAP

• Owner of data stream collection, KPI’s calculations, analysis, and reporting

• Financial Inventory forecasting and budget.

• Provider to Finance Teams – inventory level, discards, and monthly tracking of reserves.

• Support launches of new technologies.

• Follow intercompany movements (inside cluster) from identifying needs to receiving in the local branch plant.

• Maintenance (Quality system) and control of IPSO agreements

What you'll bring

• University degree or similar, if related experience

• Desirable APICS certificate

• More than 3 years of experience in related roles. Experience in Supply chain, Inventory, financials, Data management, and systems. Experience in Technical Service is a plus.

• Advanced english

• Knowledge SAP-JDE, Planning tools, Power BI, and Excel
