Your role at Baxter

Do you want to be part of Baxter Healthcare Corporation as a Quality Validations Engineer I? You will help maintain outstanding quality and safety standards in our workflows. You will plan, prepare, coordinate, and lead tasks related to the Validations System, ensuring they align with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Emphasizing regulatory consistency and perfection, you will participate in and encourage ICare's initiatives, promoting solutions that improve product quality, safety, and efficiency. Your keen focus on detail and dedication to regulatory perfection will secure accurate execution and steady process refinement.

Your team

You will join a special  team committed to maintaining the highest Responsible for planning raw material inventories in accordance with established policies to support the organization’s manufacturing and financial goals. Negotiate with suppliers and support areas to ensure material availability, maintaining a smooth plant operation flow and avoiding impacts to customer service levels.

What you'll be doing

  Inventory control.

  Ensure proper control of activities related to raw material purchasing that may impact product manufacturing and customer service levels.

  Active collaboration on cost-saving initiatives.

  Preparation of reports for results analysis to support decision-making.

  Timely resolution of conflicts that may arise in the purchasing and material receiving process (rejections, damaged materials, losses, unpaid invoices, etc.).

What you'll bring

Ongoing Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (must have completed at least 50% of the degree).
