Your role at Baxter:

As raw material planner, you will plan of raw material inventories in accordance with defined policies to support the organization's manufacturing and financial goals.

Negotiate with suppliers and support areas to ensure the availability of materials to uphold the regular flow of plant operation and avoid any disruption to service for the end customer.

Work closely with key departments across the company to ensure successful project completion that influences the company's efficiency and financial outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

1- Control and administration of inventories.

2- Ensure adequate control of activities that may impact on the level of customer service.

3- Generate savings generation projects.

4- Coordination of activities with support areas (logistics, warehouse, income, manufacturing, etc.)

5- Generation of reports for analysis of results and to support decision-making.

6- Support regulatory processes and various projects of the departments that require it.

7- Attend in a timely manner to the different conflicts that may arise in the process of purchasing and receipt of material (rejections, damaged material, losses, unpaid invoices, etc.).

What You'll Bring !

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Administration, industrial engineering or related.

• Desirable APICS (Certified in Production & Inventory Management)

• 2+ years of experience

• Advance Excel

• Inventory management, purchase order flow, part numbers, GME and suppliers
