The Manufacturing Assembler is responsible for assembling products, components, or subassemblies according to established procedures, quality standards, and production schedules. This role operates hand and power tools, performs inspections, and ensures finished products meet safety and quality requirements while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble parts and products following work instructions and specifications.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely.
  • Inspect components and finished products for quality and accuracy.
  • Report defects, equipment issues, or production concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Meet production goals while adhering to quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and diagrams.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
  • Team-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality.
