HR OPERATIONS AT Baxter: power employee experiences at a global scale
At Baxter, our HR Operations teams help keep the employee experience running seamlessly across regions. From resolving inquiries to managing core HR processes, you’ll help ensure employees receive accurate, timely support wherever they are.
What you'll do
You’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality HR services at scale. This includes supporting employees through HR systems and service channels, managing employee data and documentation, and handling key transactions across the employee lifecycle. Working in a structured, SLA-driven environment, you’ll partner across regions to ensure processes are consistent, efficient, and easy to navigate. You’ll also contribute to improving how HR services are delivered while helping make them more streamlined, scalable, and effective.

Our Global Business Solutions (GBS) Center in Kuala Lumpur is a dynamic hub for business expertise spanning finance to procurement to HR. As one of Baxter's key hubs in Asia, KL brings together diverse talents to deliver essential services and solutions that keep our businesses running and our Mission moving forward.
The Warsaw GBS Center delivers high-quality business solutions, including finance, procurement, and HR. Located in the heart of Europe, Warsaw brings together talented professionals who support global business units, drive process improvements, and enhance operational efficiency.
