At Baxter, our HR Operations teams in Heredia, Costa Rica support employees across the Americas, delivering reliable, high-quality HR services across the region. From our Costa Rica hub, you’ll help ensure employees receive consistent support throughout their journey. As part of a regional service model, you’ll play a key role in managing HR processes, resolving inquiries, and delivering timely, accurate support. You’ll work closely with teams across the Americas in a collaborative, service-focused environment.
What you'll do
You’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality HR services at scale. This includes supporting employees through HR systems and service channels, managing employee data and documentation, and handling key transactions across the employee lifecycle. Working in a structured, SLA-driven environment, you’ll partner across regions to ensure processes are consistent, efficient, and easy to navigate. You’ll also contribute to improving how HR services are delivered while helping make them more streamlined, scalable, and effective.
