Senior Business Analyst – Global Services (Western Europe)

About the role

As a Senior Business Analyst – Global Services (Western Europe), you will play a key role in driving service growth across the region. Working at a regional level, you will leverage data and insights to identify commercial opportunities, support strategic decision‑making, and enable country teams across Global Services—including technical services and digital solutions.

This role offers strong exposure to regional stakeholders, cross‑functional collaboration, and high‑impact analytics in a complex and dynamic healthcare environment.

What you will do:

• Analyze installed base, service performance, and commercial data to identify service growth opportunities

• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to support commercial and strategic decisions

• Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and reports using Power BI and related BI tools

• Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Technical Service teams across Western Europe

• Support regional initiatives related to service growth, planning, and performance tracking

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering or business). Advanced degree (Master’s or MBA) is a plus.

• 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business analysis, preferably within healthcare, digital solutions, or technical services.

• A strong mix of business acumen and technical insight, with the ability to clearly communicate the value of digital solutions and services.

• Advanced expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and/or Tableau (including Tableau Prep)

• Hands‑on experience with Excel and SQL for data analysis; Alteryx and Python are a plus

• Proven ability to create clear, intuitive, and visually compelling dashboards using data‑visualization best practices

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross‑functional teams

• Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage

• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%)

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is 176 000,00  PLN Annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for competitive benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
