We are seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to join our Thetford Manufacturing plant within our operational team. With a high emphasis on visible Leadership, accountability and building a real team ethos, this role is ideal for anyone looking to make a difference in our quest to deliver products timely and accurately. The daily responsibilities of the Team Leader is to ensure and drive manufacturing activities to ensure that they are aligned to the commercial business requirements by close collaboration with supply planning, engineering, quality and warehouse/logistics and pack teams on site.

This role is rotating shifts, Monday-Sunday between 06:00-18:00/18:00-06:00 which is 42 hours per week. This could look like 3 days on, 4 off, 2 nights on, 3 off etc. We offer a competitive salary AND a weekly shift allowance of £109.86.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities.

• Form part of the operations team working online as part of the crew support in all areas

• Responsible for the team’s performance and lead accordingly

• Recording of labour hours accurately and advance issues when required

• Responsible for recording of hourly performance and act when needed, gather data to enable process/ reliability improvements

• Organize the teams daily work routine, ensuring focus on safety & quality

• Document preparation, Batch document review, batch doc errors.

• Booking of materials to the line, maintain stock accuracy

• Provide process guidance, raise process deviation as applicable

• Training execution and documentation

• Ensure all areas of responsibility are GMP compliant, housekeeping standards are always maintained.

Skills / Experience

• Operational experience in a manufacturing environment

• Team Leader experience is cruicial within this role

• Team player and able to motivate & empower others

• Accurate and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills
