This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment and takes pride in delivering quality, precision and excellence. You'll work in our state-of-the-art cleanroom facility, supporting the preparation, manufacture and inspection of life-saving medicines while developing valuable skills in aseptic production and pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Based at our Stockport site, you'll work a rotating shift pattern, alternating weekly between:

• 06:00 – 14:00
• 14:00 – 22:00 (Twilight Shift)

Monday to Friday, with your weekends free.

What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our Production team, you'll help ensure medicines are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, compounding and manufacturing products in line with approved procedures and quality standards.
• Working within a cleanroom environment, supporting aseptic manufacturing activities.
• Labelling products accurately and ensuring compliance with product specifications.
• Dispensing, preparing and sanitising raw materials for production.
• Performing equipment set-up, checks, testing and routine maintenance activities.
• Monitoring production areas to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and compliance.
• Supporting environmental and facility monitoring programmes.
• Managing inventory within isolators and production areas.
• Validating aseptic techniques and maintaining strict adherence to GMP principles.
• Identifying, reporting and helping resolve production deviations and non-conformances.
• Maintaining productivity targets while ensuring uncompromising quality standards.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, efficiency and performance.
• Ensuring medicines are manufactured and released within agreed turnaround times.

Essential

• GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work within a regulated environment.
