Como miembro del equipo de ventas de Baxter, estará alineado con una de nuestras unidades de negocios globales y será responsable de nuevos negocios, desarrollando cuentas existentes y garantizando un enfoque centrado en el paciente en todas sus transacciones. Trabajará dentro de un área geográfica asignada o con cuentas específicas para lograr o superar objetivos personales y comerciales, todo en pos de nuestra misión de salvar y sostener vidas. En el puesto de ventas, tendrá la oportunidad de brindar información sobre nuevos mercados y productos, gestionar las inquietudes de los clientes y colaborar con otros equipos.

Seu papel na Baxter
- Desenvolver e trabalhar na geração de demandas das franquias sob sua responsabilidade.
- Assegurar a correta implementação das ferramentas de marketing.
- Assegurar a implementação de forma correta da estratégia comercial, mantendo a meta de cobertura de painel de clientes e profissionais assim como a frequência e sequencia adequada dos contatos realizados dentro de seus respectivos territórios.
- Garantir o atingimento dos objetivos de geração de demanda na sua região.
- Atuar como suporte técnico nos processos de padronização das franquias.
O que você vai fazer
- Desenvolver e expandir contas estratégicas no território designado, atuando para o atingimento das metas individuais e coletivas por meio de uma gestão comercial consultiva.
- Construir relacionamentos sólidos com stakeholders-chave, entendendo profundamente os processos de decisão de compra e identificando novas oportunidades de negócio.
- Planejar e executar ações comerciais e educacionais, incluindo apresentações de produtos/terapias, treinamentos clínicos e atividades científicas em parceria com equipes internas.
- Capacitar clientes para o uso seguro e eficaz das soluções Baxter, apoiando a prescrição, inclusão e adoção dos produtos no dia a dia clínico.
- Analisar o mercado e a concorrência, monitorando tendências, riscos e oportunidades, e fornecendo insights estratégicos para apoiar decisões de vendas e marketing.
- Participar ativamente do planejamento e da gestão do território, avaliando performance, ajustando estratégias e garantindo a execução eficaz do plano comercial.
- Representar a Baxter em eventos do setor, como congressos, conferências e lançamentos de produtos, reforçando a imagem institucional e a presença da marca no mercado.
- Atuar em conformidade com as políticas corporativas, zelando pelos recursos da empresa, pelos padrões de qualidade, saúde, segurança, meio ambiente e pela excelência no relacionamento com clientes.
O que buscamos em você
- Superior completo em preferencial em Nutrição, podendo-se avaliar profissionais de Enfermagem, farmácia ou outras relacionadas a área da saúde.
- Desejável pós-graduação em áreas complementares de conhecimento
- Desejável inglês intermediário.
- Experiência em geração de demanda e/ou vendas na área de nutrição em Brasília/região Centro-Oeste.
