Für unseren Standort München oder Saalfeld (Thüringen) suchen wir Sie als Mechanical Engineer (m/w/d) - R&D im Bereich Sustaining Engineering.
Ihre Aufgabe
Teilprojektleitung und Koordinierung des Änderungsmanagements in der Serienentwicklung
Kontinuierliche Überwachung der Kostensenkungsinitiativen und Erkennen von möglichen Herausforderungen sowie Steuerung von Maßnahmen zur Einhaltung der Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätsziele im Team
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Qualitätsmanagement, Service, Einkauf und Produktmanagement
Erstellung und Anpassung von Spezifikationen und Anforderungsdokumenten an Mechanikbaugruppen
Ableiten von technischen Lösungen anhand der Anforderungen für komplexe Baugruppen, Bewertung von Lösungen unter Berücksichtigung technologischer und wirtschaftlicher Aspekte
Erstellung und Anpassung von 3D-Modellen sowie von fertigungsgerechten Zeichnungen
Technische Abstimmung mit den Lieferanten
Durchführung und Dokumentation von Funktionstests
Erstellung und Update der Dokumentation des Design History Files (DHF), z.B. Design-Input, Design-Output, Risikomanagement, Verifikation und Validierung
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossenes Studium der Mechatronik, Maschinenbau, Feinwerktechnik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der mechanischen Konstruktion von Produkten mit Siemens NX oder ähnlichen CAD-System erforderlich
Kenntnisse hinsichtlich FEM-Analyse wünschenswert
Erfahrung im regulierten Umfeld (EN ISO 13485, euMDR, 21 CFR 820, Medical Design Controls, Risikomanagement für Medizinprodukte) wünschenswert
Kenntnisse im ERP-System SAP R3 und Polarion wünschenswert
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift erforderlich
Eigenverantwortliches, strukturiertes, selbständiges und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
