We are looking for a Customer Service Representative based in Lisbon.

As a Customer Service Representative at Baxter, you will have the unique opportunity to have a significant impact on our customer service department. In this substantial role, you will collaborate with different teams such as Logistics, Sales and Quality to consistently provide exceptional customer experience. Your contribution will play a vital role in supporting our customers in Portugal and contributing to our organization's success.

What you will be doing:

  • Answer customer inquiries which involve responding to questions via phone, email or chat in a timely manner.
  • Provide product features, service, pricing and availability information to customers.
  • Process orders entry into ERP system, handle invoices and confirm transactions.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among both internal and external parties involved, addressing concerns and handling complaints as needed to ensure great customer experience.
  • Manage emergency shipments and resolve problems related to shipment of products, returns, credit notes in a timely and effective manner.
  • Follow up with customers on the level of satisfaction with the service provided.
  • Thoroughly document in the CRM or appropriate systems all inquiries and customer interactions in adherence with company procedures and update customer records, keeping contact and account details accurate.
  • Handle returns while ensuring an appropriate returns process record.

What you will bring:

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, remote of physical, in a multinational matrix preferably.
  • Proven experience in invoicing activities.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Portuguese required and fluency in Spanish desirable.
  • Able to prioritize and handle multiple task efficiently.
  • Positive attitude, collaborative and able to adapt.
