RÉSUMÉ DE LA FONCTION
Au sein des opérations logistiques, le Préparateur de Commandes contribue à la qualité du service client en assurant la préparation, le contrôle et l'expédition des commandes dans le respect des procédures en vigueur.
Il veille à la conformité des produits expédiés, au bon fonctionnement des activités de magasinage et participe au maintien d'un environnement de travail sûr, organisé et performant.
TÂCHES PRINCIPALES
Gestion des opérations logistiques
Ranger les produits réceptionnés conformément aux règles de stockage et aux plans d'implantation.
Prélever, préparer, emballer, identifier et expédier les commandes clients.
Gérer les documents liés aux expéditions (bons de livraison, documents de transport, lettres de voiture, etc.).
Assurer la bonne tenue des zones de stockage et veiller à leur propreté et à leur organisation.
Signaler toute indisponibilité ou anomalie concernant les produits.
Participer aux inventaires tournants.
Qualité & Conformité
Respecter les procédures et instructions de travail en vigueur.
Contribuer activement à l'atteinte des objectifs qualité du département.
Garantir la conformité des commandes préparées avant expédition.
Amélioration Continue
Participer aux initiatives d'amélioration continue du service.
Proposer des améliorations concernant les méthodes de travail, l'organisation ou les outils utilisés.
Sécurité, Environnement & Énergie
Respecter les règles de sécurité, d'environnement et de performance énergétique.
Identifier et signaler les situations ou comportements à risque.
Contribuer à maintenir un environnement de travail sûr et conforme.
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
Formation & Expérience
CAP/BEP ou niveau équivalent.
Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en logistique, magasinage ou environnement industriel.
Compétences
Polyvalence et flexibilité opérationnelle.
Connaissance des outils informatiques et de la Suite Office.
Une connaissance de JDE/DSI constitue un atout.
Sens de l'organisation et gestion des priorités.
Capacité à résoudre les problèmes avec rigueur.
Orientation résultats et satisfaction client.
Esprit d'équipe et bonnes capacités de communication.
