Position Summary

The Operator I is responsible for supporting daily operational activities by performing routine tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring work is completed according to established procedures. This position works closely with team members and supervisors to support operational goals while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform assigned operational tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Follow established work instructions and quality requirements.
  • Accurately complete required documentation and system transactions.
  • Monitor work processes and identify potential issues or discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet departmental objectives and production schedules.
  • Assist with inventory, materials, equipment, or administrative activities as needed.
  • Report operational, quality, or safety concerns to appropriate personnel.
  • Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an operational, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or customer support environment.
  • Experience using business systems or data entry applications.
