Como miembro del equipo de ventas de Baxter, estará alineado con una de nuestras unidades de negocios globales y será responsable de nuevos negocios, desarrollando cuentas existentes y garantizando un enfoque centrado en el paciente en todas sus transacciones. Trabajará dentro de un área geográfica asignada o con cuentas específicas para lograr o superar objetivos personales y comerciales, todo en pos de nuestra misión de salvar y sostener vidas. En el puesto de ventas, tendrá la oportunidad de brindar información sobre nuevos mercados y productos, gestionar las inquietudes de los clientes y colaborar con otros equipos.

Your Role
As a Sales Representative – Clinical Nutrition for the Triveneto area, you will be a trusted partner for healthcare professionals and a key contributor to Baxter’s growth in the region.
What you'll be doing:
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
- Implementing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned targets, based on systematic analysis of territory performance and customer potential
- Promoting Baxter’s Clinical Nutrition portfolio by clearly communicating clinical benefits and appropriate use.
- Monitoring market trends and competitive activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborating closely with Marketing, Medica and cross-functional teams on promotional and educational initiatives.
- Ensuring excellent customer service by promptly and effectively addressing customer needs and inquiries.
- Using CRM and internal business applications to plan activities, prioritize accounts, track opportunities and measure effectiveness of actions
What you'll bring:
- Degree in Informazione Scientifica Del Farmaco or equivalent
- Proven sales experience, preferably within healthcare, medical devices or clinical nutrition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Good level of English, with the ability to effectively communicate in an international business environment
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and interpret sales data. Solid knowledge of Excel (e.g. trend analysis, pivot tables, reporting)
- Experience in using CRM systems and internal company applications to manage sales performance, forecast results and account planning
- The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A proactive, results-driven attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Applicants must reside in: Vicenza/Padova/Venezia/Treviso
