Como miembro del equipo de ventas de Baxter, estará alineado con una de nuestras unidades de negocios globales y será responsable de nuevos negocios, desarrollando cuentas existentes y garantizando un enfoque centrado en el paciente en todas sus transacciones. Trabajará dentro de un área geográfica asignada o con cuentas específicas para lograr o superar objetivos personales y comerciales, todo en pos de nuestra misión de salvar y sostener vidas. En el puesto de ventas, tendrá la oportunidad de brindar información sobre nuevos mercados y productos, gestionar las inquietudes de los clientes y colaborar con otros equipos.

Position Summary

The National Sales Manager based in Ankara will lead and drive the commercial success of Baxter Hillrom’s Healthcare Systems & Technologies (HST) portfolio (including patient beds, surgical tables, lights, front line care products, monitors) across Türkiye. This includes developing national sales strategies, managing field sales teams, achieving revenue and profitability targets, and building strong relationships with key accounts such as hospitals, group purchasing organizations, and distributors. The role requires a strategic, data-driven, and people-oriented leader who can translate corporate goals into local market execution.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution


• Develop and implement national sales strategies in line with HST business goals.
• Set annual revenue targets, sales KPIs, and performance metrics for regional sales teams.
• Ensure alignment with global and regional commercial plans.


Team Leadership & Development


• Lead, coach, and develop a team of regional sales managers, account managers, and sales representatives.
• Implement sales training programs to improve team capabilities in product knowledge, negotiation, and customer engagement.
• Foster a performance-based and customer-centric culture.


Market & Business Development


• Analyze national market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to localize campaigns and support product launches.
• Expand Hillrom’s footprint through new account acquisition and penetration of existing accounts.


Customer & Channel Management


• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, IDNs, government institutions, and distributors.
• Support contract negotiations and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.


Sales Forecasting & Budget Management


• Lead national demand planning, forecasting, and budgeting in collaboration with Finance and Supply Chain.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, revenue realization, and inventory levels.
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reporting to senior management.


Cross-functional Collaboration


• Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Medical Affairs to ensure seamless execution.
• Participate in the S&OP process and help align commercial and operational goals.
• Represent HST in internal and external business reviews.


Compliance & Governance


• Ensure full compliance with Baxter’s Global Interactions Policy and local healthcare regulations.
• Promote ethical sales behavior and transparency in all customer interactions.

This position will be located in Ankara.
