Sr. No  Key Responsibilities  1 Driving top line through Marketing Campaigns and accountaility of numbers for  2) Driving Digital campaigns  3 Driving sales for on- line portal sales  4 Streamlining GEM portal for critical FLC products  5 Working closely with RA on weekly basis to ensure timely closure of all registrations 6 Business Case preprations and approvals from RGBU  7 Creating Training Material in collaboration  with Clinical & Medical  8 Creating Marketing Material in association with  Medical & RA  9 Full accountability of Marketing Budget  10 Full accountability of Conferences , Meetings (Attending all critical confernces & Meetings)  11 Driving CME/ DEMO & Monitoring the same via dashboards on Monthly basis  12 6 Days/ month  JFW with HST , IGM + MDN (Exclusive of meetings & Conferences )  13 Working from Office when not in Field : preffered Mode  14 Working closely with GRBU & attending monthly meeting and presenting India performance  15 Attending the monthly MRR with NSM & presentating Marketing section to Cluster Head  16 Annual Brand plan & BaxP preparation  17 Creating a repository of Market insights & developning campiagns basis the insights  18 Attending the monthly review meetings along with NSM with sales team  19 Attending the quaterly  review meetings along with NSM with Distributors  20 Creating a repository of communications from RA , RGBU on products and disimenating the same with sales & clinical team
