THIS IS WHERE you build trust to achieve results!

Provides senior-level analytical support for the Contract Implementation function, with responsibility for execution of complex contract maintenance and administration of agreements that may include Key National/Regional Accounts and Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) agreements and other non-standard agreements for assigned accounts/regions. Translation of written agreement terms into accurate in-system set-up/updates and supports contract lifecycle activities including renewals, amendments, product launches, and market price changes. Performs audit and quality activities to verify contract set-up accuracy, adherence to pricing and compliance controls, and readiness for internal and external audit review. Drives continuous improvement through standard work, documentation, SME knowledge sharing, and analytics.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Manage and prioritize a portfolio of contract maintenance work, including intake assessment, requirements clarification, and coordination with stakeholders to meet internal service level expectations.

  • · Independently resolve complex or non-standard contract maintenance activities; partner with Sales, Compliance, Pricing, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, identify options, and implement solutions. Escalate risks or policy exceptions to supervisor as appropriate.

  • Execute complex contract maintenance activities, including pricing, compliance, and incentive analysis, to ensure agreement terms and pricing guidelines are maintained and aligned to best practices for in-system set-up/updates. Monitor quality and perform root-cause analysis for recurring errors.

  • Own and coordinate contract lifecycle activities for assigned accounts and agreements, including renewals, amendments/restatements, product launches, and market price changes; partner with stakeholders to align requirements and timelines.

  • Respond to internal/external inquiries related to contract set-up, pricing discrepancies and maintenance impacts; communicate status, risks, and resolution plans to stakeholders, escalating as needed.

  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and controls for contract maintenance; ensure documentation is current and audit-ready.

  • Demonstrate speed and simplicity through process innovation: identify procedural gaps, recommend and implement improvements and efficiencies, and strengthen customer and stakeholder experience; own analytical deliverables and contribute to team, divisional, and cross-functional projects as required.

  • Identify training needs and process gaps; recommend updates to job aids, training materials, and controls to improve consistency and reduce rework.

  • Ensure timely progression of assigned work by proactively managing priorities, tracking dependencies, surfacing risks, and proactive communication with manager and stakeholders.

  • ·Partner with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements and test enhancements impacting contract maintenance processes and tools; support user acceptance testing and change management as needed.

  • Monitor key metrics and operational performance; communicate risks, root causes, and mitigation recommendations to stakeholders and the manager.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate relevant experience.

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in contract maintenance and implementation, commercial operations, pricing, finance, analytics, or related area.

  • Strong understanding of contract lifecycle concepts (set-up, maintenance, renewals, amendments) and ability to translate agreement terms into system configurations and tangible downstream operational impacts.

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root-cause analysis and translate data into clear insights and recommendations.

  • Project management and prioritization skills; able to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate status, findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with reporting/BI tools and enterprise reporting platforms preferred.

  • Advanced proficiency in Contract Lifecycle Management platforms like BAM (Baxter Agreement Management), Model N, or similar.

  • High attention to detail with a strong control mindset and commitment to process adherence and documentation.

The estimated pay range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less within the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change.
