Your role at Baxter:

As a Analyst, Costumer Services you’ll preserve and sustain lives by managing customer interactions related to requirements such as order scheduling and dispatch (including reverse logistics), product and service complaints, adverse events, medical inquiries, and technical support for machines. Ensure compliance with customer requirements in terms of service and quality, aligned with the organization's objectives and policies. Additionally, provide comprehensive customer guidance, understand their demands and additional needs according to their structure, and actively participate in related improvement projects and initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide effective telephone consulting to resolve customer issues.
  • Document customer and patient complaints on technological platforms to ensure traceability of equipment performance.
  • Document and escalate service, product, and/or critical event issues reported by patients and customers in a timely manner.
  • Drive value-added projects with the areas involved in the medical equipment flow to patients and customers, ensuring an efficient reverse logistics cost.
  • Identify compliance and legal risks for the company in the country/cluster.
  • Ensure compliance with Local Health Regulations (COFEPRIS), regulations in export countries, international standards ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 (latest version), and corporate requirements.
  • Compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Provides proactive communication to both internal and external customers of sales orders status

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in administration, International Relations, IT, Accounting, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Minimum of one year in customer service.
  • International commerce.
  • Participation in Voice of the Customer programs.
  • Knowledge of Local Health Regulations (COFEPRIS) and international standards ISO 9001 / ISO 13485.
  • Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel).
  • ERP Systems (Preferably JDE).
  • Fluency in English.
