Como miembro del equipo de ventas de Baxter, estará alineado con una de nuestras unidades de negocios globales y será responsable de nuevos negocios, desarrollando cuentas existentes y garantizando un enfoque centrado en el paciente en todas sus transacciones. The Role

At Baxter, our mission is simple but powerful:to save and sustain lives. As aSales Specialist, you won’t just sell products—you’ll help hospitals deliver better care to patients every day.

In this highly visible role, you’ll partner with clinicians, nursing teams, pharmacy professionals, and procurement leaders across major hospitals in your territory. By building strong, trusted relationships, you’ll become a valued advisor—bringing innovative infusion solutions that support safer, more efficient, and more effective patient care.

You’ll take ownership of driving bothsales growth and customer educationacross our Infusion Therapy and Platforms and Ready-to-Use Premix Medication portfolios, managing theVICterritories, including advanced products, services, and equipment. From identifying new opportunities to strengthening existing partnerships, your work will directly influence revenue growth while improving clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify incremental business opportunities and develop relevant strategies

  • Establish relationships and network with all levels of clinical and management staff, offering excellent service, back-up, and product knowledge

  • Collaborate in territory management alongside the Regional Sales Manager, Marketing team, and Corporate Accounts teams

  • Provide market information and data to develop a sound understanding of the marketplace

  • Coordinate and provide education and ongoing training throughout trials and implementations of Baxter Products

  • Continue ongoing product support starting from implementation and following the complete product life cycle

  • Ensure Baxter product information material provided to customers has been approved by Marketing and/or Medical Affairs.

Key Requirements

  • Tertiary degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, Nursing, Medical Science or related fields

  • Proven Sales/Account Management within the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical sector

  • Ability to operate effectively within a high-achieving group

  • Strong relationship-building skills

  • Effective negotiation skills with the ability to influence collaborators and decision-makers at all levels

  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to express technical and conceptual information clearly

  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills

  • Demonstrated initiative and drive to achieve results

  • Ability to work autonomously, with a determination to succeed

  • Highly customer-focused with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service

  • Willingness to adapt working hours and travel to other states as needed

  • ValidVICDriver’s License.
