What you’ll be doing:

As a Specialist in Training Segment Learning & Development, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our training programs are world-class and impactful. You will:

• Provide global training and system awareness, including Global Instructor/Trainer qualification courses, Super User Training, and Learning Professional Onboarding.
• Develop action plans to address training needs, ensuring training programs are applicable, effective, and efficient.
• Maintain current knowledge of, and compliance with, related quality systems, technology, regulatory requirements, and policies and procedures.
• Proactively communicate training policies and programs to assigned collaborators.
• Ensure adequate training is conducted and proficiency is maintained among key process collaborators.
• Support collaborators with training compliance and audits.
• Ability to travel, if necessary, to address business needs (less than 10% travel).

Your role is essential to ensure flawless execution of training programs and team confidence.

What you’ll bring:

To be successful in this role, you must be ambitious and have a proven track record in learning and development within the information technology sector. You will need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the industry. Additional certifications (e.g., training, 6Sigma, PMP, ISPI) are preferred.
• Experience leading learning support.
• 5 years demonstrated ability with learning in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Proficiency in using a Learning Management System (LMS) or experience in coordinating an LMS, with CSOD experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate and speak proficiently in both English and Spanish in a business setting.
