Responsibilities :

​Key requirements:

• Tertiary credential in HR or a related field

• Provenexperience working as a strategic HR advisor or in a similar HR generalist role

• Demonstrated experienceworking with NewZealandemploymentlaw

• Solidunderstanding of employee relations, performance management, and HR practices

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional and offshore teams

• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills

• Provenabilitytobuild strong cross-functional relationships

• Strong organisational and process management capabilities

• Experience working in a multinational or matrix environment

• Experience in thepharmaceuticalorhealthcareindustry (advantageous but not essential).
